eCruise is led by industry experts with hands-on field experience across cruise ship operations, property management, F&B, and shipboard IT. Our founding team spent their careers at Fidelio Cruise, Inc. — the company behind the cruise industry's most deployed ship management platform.

That experience didn't stay in the past. It became the foundation for everything we build today. We understand the pace of embarkation day. We know what happens when a system goes down mid-voyage. We've been at the gangway when the manifest doesn't match.
